Are you looking for ways to serve in the E.O.E.E. community?
EOEE Procurement is actively seeking committee members to help manage the supplies that support team
formation and walk weekends.
The goal is to have one female and one male servant willing to help with the following activities:
Management of Walk Weekend supplies. Each volunteer will retain and manage their
respective supply totes used during community events (team formations and Walk Weekends).
Inventory Assessments. This servant will be responsible for performing inventory assessments
of the procurement totes; assuring adequate supplies are available for upcoming events. This
includes communicating to the Procurement Board Rep when additional supplies are required.
Transportation: Volunteers will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of supply totes prior
to team formation and Walk Weekends, as well as arranging for their pickup following these
activities.
Communication: Volunteers must be competent communicators. This role will require direct
contact with Weekend Lay Leaders, Team Heads, and the Procurement Board Rep to assure
adequate supplies are available when and where necessary.
